Common problems

How many free trial jobs are included?

After registration, a new standard account receives three Automatic Translation jobs, three Lyrics SRT jobs, and three Playlist Studio renders. Playlist Studio-only registration receives only its three render trials.

Is there a lifetime pass?

Automatic translation, Playlist Studio, and Lyrics SRT each offer a lifetime pass. A verified Latpeed payment webhook activates it automatically.

Google shows ‘App blocked’.

A company or school Google account may block external apps. Try a personal Gmail account, or ask the organization administrator to allow the app.

The API key is rejected.

Make sure the provider and key match. Use a Gemini key in the Gemini tab, an OpenAI key in the OpenAI tab, and an Anthropic/Claude key in the Claude tab.

Only some languages failed.

API quota, model load, title length, YouTube metadata limits, or network issues can affect individual languages. Run again without overwrite to skip completed languages and continue with the remaining ones.

My pass was not activated immediately after payment.

Create a LingoSend account before payment and use the same email at Latpeed checkout. A verified webhook activates access automatically; no completion button is required. Reopen the pricing panel after payment. If access is still missing, email the login email, product, Latpeed order number, and payment time.

How do I prepare a Lyrics SRT job?

Select audio and a TXT lyric file with the same basename. You can submit up to 15 songs. Source files are deleted after completion or failure, and the SRT is downloadable for 24 hours by default.

I want to cancel or request a refund.

To stop future monthly membership charges, cancel the subscription in Latpeed payment details. Access continues through the current paid cycle. For a refund, contact support with your login email, product and payment time. Annual and lifetime access do not renew automatically. Data deletion request

To delete stored YouTube connection data, OAuth tokens, API keys, or account information, contact us by email or open chat. Users can also revoke app access in Google Account security settings.
