Terms of Service

1. What the service does

LingoSend translates titles and descriptions for videos that the user owns or is authorized to manage, then applies the results to a connected channel. By accessing or using this API Client, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. User responsibilities

• Use the service only with YouTube channels and videos that you own or are authorized to manage.
• By using this API Client, you agree to follow the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable Google policies.
• You are responsible for the API keys, video links, and translation results you enter or publish.
• Unauthorized access, tampering with another person's channel, malicious automation, and use that violates law or platform policy are prohibited.
• Users must accept the current Privacy Policy and Terms before connecting a YouTube channel or publishing translations. LingoSend may request renewed acceptance if the purpose of data processing changes.

3. YouTube and Google OAuth

Users may approve Google OAuth access through the Connect YouTube channel button. The YouTube Data API is used to apply translated title and description metadata to the videos selected by the user. Users can disconnect at any time through Google Account security settings or the app's channel removal feature.

4. AI translation results

AI translations are automatically generated and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Users must review titles, descriptions, hashtags, wording, and localization quality before and after applying them. The service does not guarantee against revenue loss, visibility changes, policy violations, or brand damage caused by translation results.

5. API keys, passes, and costs

Users may use their own Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or other AI API keys. API charges, quotas, rate limits, and billing issues are governed by each provider's policies.

Create a LingoSend account first and use the same email at Latpeed checkout. A verified webhook activates access. Monthly memberships for Automatic Translation, Playlist Studio, and Lyrics SRT charge each month until canceled and apply access one paid cycle at a time. Existing 30-day, annual, and lifetime passes do not renew automatically.

After registration, a new standard account receives three Automatic Translation jobs, three Lyrics SRT jobs, and three Playlist Studio renders. Playlist Studio-only registration receives only its three render trials, and each trial is granted once at registration. During the paid-launch event, three approved referred sign-ups earn one 30-day pass, and paid access for those three referred users earns one additional 90-day pass.

LingoSend does not directly collect or store card or bank-account details. Send refund questions with the login email and payment time through support. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for unused and already-started services. A verified refund webhook revokes only the access granted by that payment.

Lyrics SRT costs KRW 8,000 monthly, KRW 80,000 annually, or KRW 150,000 for lifetime access. It creates time-aligned SRT from audio plus a same-name TXT file and does not offer a lyrics-only translation or paste workflow.

6. Availability and restrictions

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, external API limits, Google or YouTube policy changes, or hosting issues. To keep the service stable, abnormal accounts or job requests may be restricted or blocked.

7. Data deletion and disconnection

Users can remove connected YouTube channels in the app, revoke access through the Google Account connections page, and request account or stored-data deletion by emailing lukecho92@gmail.com.
