How to use LingoSend
Follow these steps at your own pace.
1. One-time setup
- Create an account to get started. You can sign in as soon as registration is complete.
- Choose Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude, paste your own API key, and press “Save settings”.
- Choose English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese as the source language. Match the language actually used in the video metadata.
- Press “Connect channel”, approve Google access, and select the channel or Brand Account to translate.
2. Start a translation
- Select the target languages. For a first test, we recommend starting with the Top 10 preset.
- Paste a video link in “YouTube video link or ID”. Enter one link per line for multiple videos.
- Press “Translate and apply to YouTube” once. The server continues working while you use another app.
- When it finishes, check “Run result” and “Recent jobs” for successful languages, failed languages, and reasons.
3. When some languages fail
- Turn off the overwrite option and run it again. Completed languages will be skipped.
- A quota, rate limit, busy model, or network problem can affect individual languages. Wait briefly and retry the remaining languages.
- For an invalid API key message, check that the key matches the selected AI provider tab.
- For “App blocked”, try a personal Gmail account. Company and school accounts may block external apps.
4. The shortest workflow
Sign in → Save settings → Connect channel → Choose languages → Paste video link → Translate and apply → Check the result
API keys and settings are saved automatically. New users receive three free jobs after approval. During the paid-launch event, three approved referred sign-ups earn 30 days and three paid referred users earn an additional 90 days.
5. What to include in a support request
Include your registration email, approximate time, AI model, video link, and the error message or screenshot. This helps us respond faster.
